2025 Asheville Spartan Event Weekend

We’re off to the races again at Tryon International Equestrian Center. TIEC is a world class equestrian facility that hosts many prestigious events throughout the year. While you definitely may feel removed from the hustle and bustle at TIEC, you'll find no shortage of amazing lodging options, ample food and entertainment in the village (nearly every night of the week), beautiful surroundings, and a top notch holiday lights display during the holiday season that is great for the whole family. This dynamic course features a wide variety of features including well-trodden horse trails making for fast straightaways, thigh burning red clay hill climbs, and rushing creek beds will test your dexterity if you want to reach the finish line.

This race is a Honor Series event – part of a unique series of races that commemorate and honor all those who overcome obstacles every day in an effort to serve and protect their country and communities, including our courageous military servicemen, servicewomen and first responders. No matter the distance—Sprint, Super, Beast, or Ultra—you'll earn a special Honor Series medal exclusive.
