The DEKA Trifecta is a true test of well-rounded fitness—earned by completing all three DEKA events: STRONG (zones only, no running), MILE (10 zones + 160m runs), and FIT (10 zones + 500m runs). Each event challenges your endurance, strength, and conditioning in a unique way.

To earn your Trifecta, all three events must be completed within the same calendar year (January 1 – December 31).
