2025 Colorado DEKA FIT Roadshow

The Blue Sports Stable Fieldhouse in Superior CO, features turf, ice, court, gym, golf, restaurant, preschool, daycare, barbershop, health and wellness and now DEKA, to make up the perfect combination under one roof.

DEKA is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones - it’s fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline and train with a purpose. DEKA FIT includes a 500-meter run before each zone, 5K total.
Test yourself against a global fitness standard, earn your DEKA Mark and commemorate your achievement with your finisher medal and t-shirt.

This DEKA FIT Colorado Roadshow is a slimmed down version of the big show featuring the same 10 functional fitness zones preceded by a 500-meter run as all DEKA FIT events, giving you the opportunity to earn your DEKA FIT Mark, Trifecta Wedge, Finishers Shirt & Medal!
Additionally, DEKA FIT Marks from this Roadshow will be added to the Global Leaderboard which means you can also qualify at this event for the 2025 DEKA World Championships!

How this DEKA FIT Roadshow differs from traditional DEKA FIT:

• No Elite cash prizes but Age Group podiums are available!
• No onsite DEKA Merchandise.
• You may bring your own hydration and enjoy the onsite food vendor.

These are the 4 different heat types for this event:

• Age Group Heat: for all levels of fitness & eligible for Age Group recognition.
• Elite Heat: Eligible for podium recognition.
• Ruck Heat: any ruck or backpack – Male 30lb & Female 20lb – Racers for this heat must bring their own ruck or backpack.
  *Weight vests and plate carriers are not allowed.
• Team Heat: Eligible for podium recognition. Age Group Teams of all levels divide and conquer the DEKA FIT Arena in Teams of 2 adults (ages 14+), 2 youth (Ages 10-13) or 1 adult (age 14+) with 1 youth (age 10-13) with male, female, and co-ed categories.

ATHLETE JUDGE PROGRAM DEKA is truly a fitness movement we all created together. To ensure a professionally judged racing experience for all athletes, we are launching the DEKA Athlete Judge Program at all DEKA FIT events. How it works: During the weeks leading up to your race, all registered athletes will receive an email with the Colorado DEKA FIT Roadshow Athlete Judge Sign-up Form to select their preferred Athlete Judge time. * You can also submit the Athlete Judge Sign-up Form before you receive the email. Within 1 hour of finishing your race (or anytime before your race), make your way to the Athlete Judge check-in area at Zone 1 to begin your 60 minute volunteer judging time.
